Our 2005 reunion was the best one yet. We had about 58 attendees and the planning and execution of this event was made possible by the Proud American Committee consisting of Ralph Jones, Rich Andrews, Jerry Granberg, John Conway, Bill Van Eck and Chuck Healey, and the Military Reunion Planners who scheduled accomodations, events, transportation and tour guide.
Washington DC is a beautiful town and full of historical treasures that would take many days to see and a lifetime to appreciate. Our brief visit included Arlington Cemetary and the Tomb of the Unknown, the Vietnam Wall, the Korean and the World War II Memorials, FDR Memorial and the Union Train Station.
I hope the Proud Americans attending the reunion, made new friendships and renewed old ones and will keep in touch until our next reunion.
